Wednesday Mar 09, 2022
TIME STAMPS: Hawt or Nawt (27:54), C.A.R The Who (37:50), Caligula (57:46)
Listening friends we're here today to bring you a epic length episode just like today's MAIN EVENT!!! But to start things off we catch up with conversations of life as good host Edward tells tales of dealing with his electric company and good host James help film a pop punk music video and dealing with punisher customers. Then we start the show proper with this weeks HAWT or NAWT with "Bad Habits" by Ed Sheeran (feat. Bring Me The Horizon). How did the sensational pop singer mix with them British bad boys? How did your boys think of the track!? Next is the C.A.R (Classic Album Reviews) as we listen to The Who second album "A Quick One". Another fun record from the energetic Brits, listen as we give our in depth critical opinions on each song. And for the MAIN EVENT it be a long one as we review 1979 Caligula!!! A movie that intrigue your hosts with a trailer describing it being one of the most controversial films of all time. Listen as we break down our shock and genuine anger to a movie at times is a gem of great actors mixed with the smut and filth from Bob Guccione and Penthouse Film International that is at times shocking and at times James and Edward saying fuck Bob Guccione!!! Parental advisory for this one as we review graphic lame ass pornographic scenes that do nothing to the plot and also discuss the strange history of this movie. Rad show as always, sorry for the gross content friends~!

We start off with conversations of life as Edward gets ready for a Disney trip down south and James complains about working in a hale storm on a sketchy roof. We kinda start the show as James does a quick review on seeing the Circle Jerks earlier in the week (sorry no HAWT OR NAWT this week, Mr. Bonesteel was busy with music video related stuff). Then we roll on into this week's Classic Album Review (C.A.R) with The Who's first full length "My Generation". Listen as we start our journey listening to The Who's studio discography!!! And for your MAIN EVENT, we watched 1996 blockbuster bust "Barb Wire" featuring in the leading role Pamela Anderson Lee!!! Was this movie total ass or was this a misunderstood gem of the time? Why was Jango Fett in this movie? Only one way to find out! Rad show as always, enjoy friends~!

Saturday Feb 19, 2022
Saturday Feb 19, 2022
Time Stamps: Hawt or Nawt (31:25), Aretha Franklin (50:29), Sunshine (1:05:41)
Listening friends welcome back to our variety spectacular that is the DDD radio show. We start with conversations of life that really wasn't about our lives we just continue our conversation about pro wrestling we were having before we pressed record. We end it with going over the Wrestling Observer year end rewards for 2021(we have time stamps if you want to skip ahead to the meat of the show). Then we finally start the show with this weeks HAWT OR NAWT with the new single by Machine Gun Kelly "Emo Girl" featuring WILLOW (this does turn into our opinions of rock/metal music and the culture it is in the modern day). Next with our Classic Album Reviews we listened to Aretha Franklin's "Lady Soul", a fun record with a awesome singer with an array of different styles of music fromnR&B to some Rock n Roll. Then FOR YOUR MAIN EVENT, we review what is the worst movie we have done in our podcasting careers to this date, "Catch The Black Sunshine" or "Black Rage". Spoiler this movie had no raging but your host were raging. We tried our best to tear into this lame ass movie. Fucking Lurch(Ted Cassidy) was the best actor by MILES in this movie. We thought a movie dubbed "Black Rage" would be campy revenge slaughter, NO!!! We got some half assed treasure hunt adventure with most of the movie having people just walking and no talking just walking in some fucking water. Also a lot of racist themes that we could not repeat. Rad show as always, enjoy friends~!

DDD Radio Show Episode 79: Starship Troopers
Saturday Feb 12, 2022
Saturday Feb 12, 2022
Time Stamps: Hawt or Nawt (27:45), Tom Petty (36:20), Starship Troopers (59:25)
Listening friends after 2 weeks or more of disasters we're finally back with another episode!!!! We start conversations of life as James tells his tale of his tour taking a complete shit and Edward telling us news that his Grandfather has passed away. We then hit it off with this weeks HAWT OR NAWT with a track by Penelope Scott "Rät". The lyrical themes are about her ending a relationship with Elon Musk (this was a wacky track). Then for our Classic Album Reviews we listened to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers self titled from 1976. A pretty fun classic 70 rock album. Then for your MAIN EVENT we reviewed 1997 propaganda military satire "Starship Troopers". A fun sci fi war movie with great CGI bug monsters with action that was pretty exciting. Also the guy that voices Mr. Crabs from Spongebob is in this movie so bad impressions are a plenty. Rad show as always, enjoy friends~!

DDD Radio Show Episode 78: Crank: High Voltage
Monday Jan 24, 2022
Monday Jan 24, 2022
Time Stamps: Hawt or Nawt (18:37), Ali Farka Toure (34:50), Crank (50:50)
Listening friends welcome back to another packed episode of The DDD Radio Show. As most shows we start off conversations of life with host Edward dealing with fecal matter in public elevators and host James dealing with shenanigans with good friend Dylan. We then actually start the show with this weeks HAWT OR NAWT with Falling in Reverse new track "Zombified"!!! What does your hosts think the bad boy Ronnie Radke and his new track? Why do we cringe at neckbeard nerds still tripping on Ronnie Radke? Then to mellow things out we review Ali Farka Toure 1994 album "Talking Timbuktu (with Ry Cooper)" (suggested by 1001 albums....). A album that has a more interesting history of itself then the music being played. AND FOR YOUR MAIN EVENT we watched "Crank: High Voltage", the sequel to 2006 Crank featuring Jason Statham. This movie is like the last but cranked to 11. It is more wild, more vulgar, more filth, more pure Statham RAGE!!!. It's a movie where we can't recite 1/3 of the dialog due to fear of being canceled under bigotries. A man is force to slice his nipples in full detail and that's only one thing of many crazy things. Rad show as always, enjoy friends~!

DDD Radio Show Episode 77: Crank
Saturday Jan 15, 2022
Saturday Jan 15, 2022
Time Stamps: Edward Raiders Rant (33:55), Hawt or Nawt (47:45), Elvis (1:05:28), Crank (1:33:00)
Listening friends we're back with another long one. Unlike last time, conversations of life go really long. James talks about how work has been stressful, going to a chill death metal show, and learning a life lesson on not going to Denny's when you have a late night couple hours drive home. Edward then goes on a beautiful rant on the trials and tribulation of being a Raiders fan (also how they got screwed in their wild card game against the Bengals). WE finally actually start the damn show ( we have time stamps, you do not offend us if you want to skip around. We do the same thing to on our favorite podcasts) with this weeks Hawt or Nawt with a new track by Swedish Power Metal heavyweights Sabaton "Soldier Of Heaven" and we were also requested to watch the music video (live reactions baby). For this weeks album review we listened to Elvis Presley "Elvis Presley", the first album!!! How is it with modern ears?!?! And for your MAIN EVENT we continue our Jason Statham binge with 2006 "Crank". A balls to the wall movie as Chev Chelios was injected with synthetic Chinese poison that slowly stops the victims heart. But there is one way to prolong the death..... one must keep his adrenaline levels going. Listen as we recap the Statham rampage through the Los Angeles streets as he gets his revenge before he dies!!! Rad show as always, enjoy friends~!

Saturday Jan 08, 2022
Time Stamps: Hawt or Nawt (6:25), Scritti Politti (21:51), Transporter 3 (39:58)
Listening friends welcome back to another exciting episode of the DDD Radio Show with your Boys James and Edward. Conversations of life is short this week cause the holidays and the bullshit around them are over so we can meet at a regular scheduled time (a peak of true audio excitement). We then start things off with this weeks Hawt or Nawt with a track by the artist Nea "Some Say" which devolves to into a mystery of James trying to remember another song that has a similar melody. We also review another album randomly picked by the book "1001 ALBUMS You Must Hear...", Scritti and Politti's "Cupid And Psyche 85". Critics rave that this was a great pop record for the time, your host disagree entirely. And for your MAIN EVENT for this podcast we wrap up watching the Jason Statham Transporter trilogy (we're not watching the reboot cause that won't have that Statham cheese). Frank (Statham character) has fought against Human Traffickers, That one Colombian Cocaine Cartel that had a super virus to attack high level officials, will now have to face American Capitalists wanting to dump trash in the Ukraine. Also Frank has a bomb stuck to his wrist that will implode if he is too far away from his Audi!!! Rad show as always, enjoy friends~!

Time Stamps: Hawt or Nawt (11:30), Frank Zappa Hot Rats (24:50), Transporter 2 (46:55)
Listening friends it's a New Year and your boys are back with that podcast noise. Then it's our Hawt or Nawt segment as for this week we listen to Scythe Gang 666 and their track "808s & Screaming" a group of peeps that use to play metalcore, then decided that was trash and make as they quote "EXTREME DEATH TRAP!!!" Join along for that listening fun. We then review Frank Zappa's 1969 "Hot Rats" a jazz like record made by hippie rockers that honestly was a fun and challenging listen. Then for the MAIN EVENT what most you peeps are here to listen, "Transporter 2" featuring Jason Statham a RIDICULOUS action movie from the mid 2000's. This movie had it all, a evil Chad Chin bond villain, a stripper assassin, fast cars, fucking Miami Florida, Keith Davis, and a car that does kick flips. Rad show as always, enjoy friends~!

Friday Dec 24, 2021
Time Stamps: Hawt or Nawt 33:46, Simon and Garfunkel, The Transporter 1:02:30
Listening friends we're back with holiday cheer. We fucked up and forgot/realized Christmas is right around the corner and we forgot to do a Christmas movie so for the MEAT of todays podcast we review 2002 "The Transporter" featuring Jason Statham and his oily bod( note we we're planning on doing this review but we kept delaying due to the hectic holiday schedule and when we finally got to recording we realized Christmas is 2 days away at the time of this recording). But before we get to Mr. Statham and his ass whipping ways we start off with conversations of life as Edwards explain his hectic holidays and James talks about the new Spider-Man movie (Yes SPOILERS YOU ARE WARNED). Then we review Simon and Garfunkel's 1966 album "Parsley, Sage, Rosemary And Thyme". A fun easy listening album. And then the Statham rampages in the essence of holiday cheers. Rad show as always, enjoy the holidays friends~!

Time Stamps: Hawt or Nawt (22:54), Talking Heads (36:50), Austin Powers (54:50)
Listening friends sorry for the week delay but we're back again with the same bullshit you enjoy. We start off talking about life as Edward tells his tales of his visit to Disneyland and James getting injured and going on awkward dates. Then we go into a little heated version of Hawt or Nawt as good friend Bonesteel shared Action/Adventure hit song on Tik Tok "Barricades". Listen as James struggles to decide if the track is HAWT OR NAWT!!!! Then we review Talking Heads debut album "Talking Heads 77" a fun listen of weird rock and roll. And for the MEAT of the podcast we wrap up our short journey of watching the Austin Powers trilogy with "Austin Powers in Goldmember". Michael Caine is the best in this movie, and everything felt stale in nature. Rad show as always, enjoy friends~!
